Often, in visits to cellars, the sweet wines stay in the background. With this visit, we want to put the sweet Grenache, so typical of the Empordà region, in the place that it deserves. This is why we want to explain its history, characteristics and process of making it, but we will also experience the solera system down in our barrel room where we’ll taste our Airam (the Grenache made from the solera from our home).
Afterwards we will do a guided tasting of this wine and other sweets that we make in our cellar and we will discover together the diverse pairings that are possible which are much more than just the traditional brunyol fritters.
