Step into a Traditional Harvest!

Enjoy an authentic and fun experience for the whole family! Join us to learn how wine was made in the early 20th century — by stomping grapes with your feet and connecting with the land and its traditions.

Meeting point: 10:00 AM at Celler Espelt, Vilajuïga.

Duration: 4 hours

What will we do?

• We’ll walk together from the winery to the Mas Espelt vineyards (a 15-minute easy walk, suitable for all ages).
• Harvest grapes by hand and fill up the traditional baskets (semals).
• We’ll carry them to the era and press the grapes — just like in the old days — with our feet!
• All accompanied by live music and a delicious local snack to recharge.

What to bring:

• Comfortable shoes and light clothing.
• Water to stay hydrated .
• If the tramuntana wind is blowing , bring a jacket or long sleeves .
